Unforgottencards.com™ will ship to anywhere in the world. Orders will be shipped via USPS and rates will be calculated based on the estimated weight of your order as well as the order destination using actual USPS shipping rates. Your shipping charges will be reported to you as you begin the checkout process based on the contents of your shopping cart.

Free Shipping!

For a limited time, UnforgottenCards.com is offering FREE SHIPPING on all domesic orders over $50. This offer will not last so stock up for all your greeting card needs for upcoming birthdays, holidays and special events! Orders containing individual items being sent to alternate addresses will still be charged the per-item postage fee.

Expedient Delivery

We pride ourselves in the expedient delivery of our customers orders. Orders received on a regular business day, before 11:00am EST are typically processed and shipped the same day. All other orders are typically sent the following business day.

Stay Ahead Of The Game

To help you complete your shopping for the entire year we offer the ability to pre-purchase your cards for future events. Just title your event and select the date, and we will either ship your greeting card to you approximately 14 days prior to the important date or send it directly to the final recipient about 7 days prior to the event date depending on your preference. The invoice you receive with the card will contain the event title and date you selected to help you keep track.

APO and FPO Shipping

Unlike many other online merchants and because we ship using USPS, we can also offer shipping to your APO or FPO address.

Stamped And Ready To Go

As an extra convenience to our customers, all domestic card orders can be ordered to include paid postage on the greeting card envelope for each individual card ordered. So you can simply personalize it and drop it in the mail. Option not available on boxed greeting cards.

Send Direct

Individual cards allow the additional option of sending the card directly to the final intended recipient. Use this option in combination with the personalized message to automate the entire process. A stamped envelope will automatically be added to the item to cover postage. Cards sent with this option will not be included in final shipping calculations.

Return Policy:

In the event that you are not satisfied with your order due to either an incorrect item being sent or receipt of an item that has been damaged during transit, Unforgottencards.com™ will attempt to remedy the situation by means of product replacement or if necessary a full product refund.

For all other returns, we will provide a full product refund less any shipping charges that may be incurred. Items must be returned in reselling condition, free of stains, tears or writing.
